What We Need:

The Project Manager will provide project and sales support to the SmartAudio & programmatic sales team and will act as the liaison between all internal departments to ensure all key performance measurements are met during campaign execution.

This position requires superior communication skills and attention to detail as well as exceptional project management oversight. Must possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

Manages assigned data-driven campaigns in partnership with sales team  Manage relationships with IHM’s broadcast and digital DSP partners for program management and activation managementWorks with internal departments (Data Ops, Digital Sales & Development, Programmatic, Planning, etc.) to ensure data strategy and activation are executed properlyOversees end-to-end process for data onboarding, audience segment creation, audience transfer to platforms, reporting, and optimizationBuilds custom audiences and strategies in partnership with sales and insights teamsWorks with Data Ops and third-party analytics team to manage all audience projects and improve data workflow, data sourcing, and efficiencyManages sales and go-to-market materials creation processServes as point of contact and project manager for all platforms involved in data-driven campaign process (DSP, analytics, etc.)Issues reports from Salesforce for the sales team pipelineManages dynamic creative builds including content decision trees, data sourcing, trafficking, and campaign reportsCollaborate with management and cross-functional teams on innovation and growth projects

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
