Project Manager

Monadelphous has been operating in New South Wales since 2000 and is well-established as a local business. Our NSW regional operations provide a full range of services including comprehensive on and offsite fabrication and mechanical services.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our NSW Operations Team on a permanent basis. This will see you working Monday - Friday from our Mt Thorley office with the occasional site visits across the Hunter Valley Region.
* A relocation package would be considered for the right candidate.
The role of Project Manager will be responsible for preparation and management of project budgets, cost control, contracts and scheduling.

Key responsibilities will include.Planning and leading the overall execution of all project functions.Ensuring project quality is aligned with statutory and client requirements.Fostering and managing customer relationships
Management of labour and supervision to ensure efficient utilisation.Manage multiple projects achieving high performance.

What you will bringExtensive operational, construction or maintenance background within the resources industryStrong Client RelationshipsDragline and Shovels experience an advantage but not essential.An innovative approach to continuous improvement and successful delivery methodsStrong understanding in commercials, budgets/construction metrics, estimating, forecasting and change management (involving changes to scope, quantities and timeframes)Diploma level Project Management qualification preferred but not essential.Quality and completions knowledgeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
