Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology. 

Arcadis New York office is looking for an Experience Project manager to join our Retail Stores team with involvement on Luxury Retail projects. In this role, you will work on various accounts, managing staff & client relationships.

In Engineering, you'll create some of the world’s most iconic and ground-breaking structures and spaces that transform the world around us, from making journeys easier to opening up public places that bring people together.

Role accountabilities:

Production of technical drawings and details for Design Development and Construction Document phases of projectsWork on multiple projects at the same time and/or lead team to complete each projectWorking directly with client and team to effectively deliver projects, responsible for communication to ensure all information is incorporated into project requirements Manage projects, project schedules, client expectations and project fees

 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

Architecture degree6-8 years professional experienceRetail experience requiredProficient in Revit and AutoCADStrong attention to detail

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
