Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Description: This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating business systems projects that support the KLA Service Strategic Roadmap in the areas of Revenue Growth, Customer Focus, Innovation and Efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role will be capable of working in cross functional teams and delivering results that impact our worldwide KLA Services Organization.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support Change Management activities to support project success from discovery to production release.

Develop, establish, support, and maintain policies, processes, procedures, guidelines, metrics, and other strategic planning and training tools to ensure alignment, compliance, and utilization.

Provide data reporting and analysis as needed to assess needs, motivate change, or assist in the development of key performance indicators.

Drive project schedules, implementations, reviews, and results, presenting and working efficiently, cross-functionally throughout the Service organization.

Multi-level support of all company-wide initiatives including CRM/ECC and SAP S4 System Upgrades, and all M&A Integrations

Provide regular updates to management on progress toward meeting business goals.

Travel 10-15% domestic and international

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience

Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and determine their relative weight • Critical thinking and resourceful problem solving

Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to develop polished professional relationships with executives, managers, administrators, peers, and customers

Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in TEAMS and SharePoint utilization for intercompany communication and documentation storage a plus
