Basic Qualifications REQUIRED: 3 -7 years of progressively related experience in Service Delivery Management and/or Application Support Experience with project management methodologies (agile, scrum, waterfall). Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Experience with basic web technology management including:o Domain registrationo Certificate managemento 3rd Party Hosting service providerso Encryption key management Knowledge and understanding of technical architecture, application systems design and integration in a large heterogeneous enterprise environment Strong understanding of IT Security best practices and vulnerability management Familiarity with Cloud Hosted services like Azure, AWS,GCP, and VMWare Proven ability to learn and apply new technologies Effectively communicate between Managers, Architecture, Engineering, Development, and Operations as well as any other stakeholders to implement solutions Proven experience in troubleshooting via cross-functional teams driving issues to resolution Strong communication skills and proven ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment Strong time management and prioritization skills Experience working with vendor teams to deliver high quality results
