Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Skills & Experience Exceptional consulting skills. Financial Services and/or Commercial Banking industry experience. Ability to manage a program that will contain complex projects that impact multiple businesses, technology and risk disciplines. Ability to negotiate, communicate, collaborate and influence to build successful relationships with all levels of leadership. Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to articulate a complex problem, initiate action, make difficult decisions and generate creative solutions. Familiarity with Agile concepts and experience with Agile practices. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Expertise works with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Project, Jira/Jira Align and Confluence.
What You Will Be Doing Program Manager for Commercial Banking Collateral Management Program. Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
