Our dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager has 5+ years of experience leading the strategic agenda for our fast-growing company in the home improvement space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and initiatives, with a focus on driving business growth and operational excellence. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities, execute key initiatives, and drive measurable results that support our long-term goals and objectives.Core Role ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the strategic agenda for the company, working closely with senior leadership to define priorities, set goals, and allocate resources effectivelyManage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver results on time and within budgetDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they ariseCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish success criteria for strategic initiativesProvide leadership and direction to project teams, setting clear expectations, delegating tasks, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementCommunicate regularly with senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities, and soliciting feedback to ensure alignment with strategic goalsDrive change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plansMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvementStay current with industry trends and best practices in project management and strategic planning, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive innovationBasic QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success in leading strategic initiatives and driving business growthPreferred QualificationsPMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferredProficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approachesStrong understanding of the home services industry, with knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and opportunitiesExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovationStrategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and drive change to achieve organizational goalsWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
