As a Project Manager at CHEP, you are given the freedom to own, manage, and implement cross-functional, strategic projects designed to improve our customers’ experience. This role empowers you to leverage your influencing skills to engage key stakeholders and drive critical project deliverables. Utilising waterfall methodologies and change management strategies, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement and process standardisation. Your primary focus will be on supporting Project Leads in coordinating project management activities for the strategically significant global HR Transformation Programme.

At least 3 years’ project management experience, of which at least 1 year spent leading a workstream or initiative
End-to-end experience of supporting project management activities across large scale business change initiatives
Worked on transformation programmes in a Project Management capacity
