What you'll be doing Able to demonstrate a track record of project delivery. Good understanding of the standard forms of contracts. Proficient in commercial/project management communications. Experience in implementing safe systems of work. Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of the organisation Effective team management skills which empower, influence & inspire others to build effective teams. Providing mentoring and support to members of the team where required Commercially astute Able to undertake work in high pressure situations. Good knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics. Record of a solution-based approach to problem solving. Ability to see the business vision and inspire this shared vision amongst the team. Who we're looking for

The following qualities/experience are desirable:

Experience of working on a variety of project types. Member of a professional management body i.e. APM, ICE Proficient on O365 Holds a current driving licence

The role holder is likely to have one or more of the following:

Formal qualification (BEng/MEng/BSc/MSc) in engineering/management/construction or experience equivalent APM PFQ/PMQ/PPQ PTS/CSCS and SMSTS or Equivalent Why work for us
