This role involves coordinating land manufacturing activities, overseeing town planning processes, managing land transfers, and leading various development projects to contribute to our mission of sustainable cash generation and strategic land disposal

Minimum requirements:
Relevant tertiary education in town planning or the built environment 3-5 years of work experience in the built environment, with specific experience in town planning Strong knowledge of town planning, township servicing, and project management principles Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities simultaneously High levels of integrity and a strong standard of excellence Confident, determined, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
