Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support facility-related project work at our Monterey, CA site. This is a temporary assignment covering active project initiatives, primarily focused on a signage project, with the potential for involvement in smaller additional efforts. You will report to the Head of Projects and work onsite with Facilities Management and the Building Engineer. Key Responsibilities + Oversee day-to-day project operations onsite, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. + Supervise subcontractors and manage coordination efforts across multiple teams. + Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation. + Ensure clear communication across stakeholders and team members. + Provide onsite management and support for facility upgrades and related initiatives. Requirements Must-Have Qualifications + Minimum 5 years of project management experience. + Strong experience with subcontractor coordination and supervision. + Solid background in project scheduling and onsite execution. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + High School Diploma (relevant experience will take precedence over formal education). Preferred Qualifications + Experience with monthly billing or budget tracking.
