Job Title: Project Manager Hybrid, will be required to go onsite at Baltimore location on Tuesdays/Wednesdays - Baltimore, Maryland, 21224 Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing small to mid-scale projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. This role drives cross-functional collaboration, mitigates risks, and ensures business readiness through effective communication, documentation, and leadership. Key Responsibilities: + Project Planning & Execution (40%) + Develops project plans, allocates resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and manages timelines. Identifies and mitigates risks to ensure successful project delivery. + Project Management & Coordination (20%) + Provides end-to-end project support including reporting, tracking deliverables, and maintaining documentation. Acts as a liaison across departments to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and progress. + Process Evaluation & Improvement (20%) + Analyzes current and proposed projects, programs, and processes. Applies critical thinking to recommend improvements and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. + Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement (20%) + Leads and motivates cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Fosters collaboration and manages relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive project outcomes. Qualifications: + Assignment Duration: 6 months + Team Structure: Works closely with the Digital Services Manager and contractors who work on web edits + Project Focus: Will be working with NDLA (non-discrimination language), they have to scrub everything they have across websites and brand portals and then organize (Project manage) and report that out in a regular cadence. + Someone who is organized and can be direct as needed, making sure leadership/reporting is done on a regular basis + Key Traits: Highly organized, proactive communicator, comfortable with regular reporting to leadership + Familiarity with healthcare is a plus + Needs an understanding of marketing + Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field. + In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience is acceptable. + Experience: + Minimum of 3 years in a project-related role. + Preferred: + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification + Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies + Experience in healthcare or marketing environments Skills & Competencies: + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities + Advanced knowledge of project planning and lifecycle management + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Strong customer service orientation, including handling challenging stakeholders Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.91/hr.
