Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee technical and process improvement initiatives within the machinery manufacturing industry. Based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, this role is a Long-term Contract position that requires expertise in managing complex projects, enhancing productivity, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to operational excellence and drive impactful results.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical and process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement tools and strategies to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and adherence to project timelines.
• Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status and outcomes.
• Oversee budget management processes, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
• Coordinate training sessions and support teams in adopting new practices and procedures.
• Evaluate and enhance operational practices to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
• Use Agile Scrum methodologies to drive collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or project management.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the machinery manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and metric tracking to ensure project transparency.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Knowledge of human resources administration and training processes.
