Project Manager

TRS has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This role involves leading and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Monitor daily project progress and record job costs. Secure contracts with clients and subcontractors. Attend pre-construction meetings with clients and ensure necessary staff and subcontractors are present. Conduct internal project meetings to finalize schedules and make necessary adjustments. Direct and manage project activities to meet objectives for quality, safety, production, and profitability. Obtain critical project documents such as permits, submittals, and insurance requirements. Manage financial aspects of contracts to ensure profitability and maintain client relationships. Coordinate staffing for key field positions through department heads or subordinate managers. Support and promote the company's commitment to safety and core values. Oversee project management systems, tools, and personnel from initiation to final payment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or industrial sector. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Management position. Rail experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
