Job SummaryAs our Project manager MRO you are responsible for the set-up coordination and completion of the project on time, within budget and within scope.The Project Manager oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. The Project Manager prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project, and ensure that documentation is according to standard.
Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and review KPIs, perform analysis, drive continuous improvement projects, define methodology / standard work, manage and monitor performance in the area of logistics and material flow at site level.The role can cover the following (all or partially): Inbound / Receiving, internal material movements, warehousing, outbound / shipping, freight/transport management, cycle counting, inventory management, transactional activities, packaging.
You drive the disciplined and rigorous deployment of the Lean Operating Model (LOM), You are coaching Leadership teams in their deployment of the Lean Excellence Model and the associated site improvements projects and Kaizen Events. You will deliver significant improvement in People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost (PSQDCC) targets, develop Lean Expertise across your assigned Performance Centres, ensuring that they become self-sufficient in running the Lean Operating Model.
Ensures the business/function are aware of the latest capabilities and drive standard application best practice. Ensures Logistic Process requirements are observed and designed into future demand/requirements. Provides structured training for business/function(s) for maximum effectiveness. Supports the implementation of site improvements projects and Kaizen Events. Job Qualifications
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management and leading teams.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with quality management systems and documentation
