Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a retail renovation general contractor. The Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are of high quality, delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with all requirements. This role involves coordinating with clients/owners and the internal team, overseeing project budgets and scheduling, selecting and managing subcontractors, and working with superintendents to manage day-to-day project activities. Responsibilities + Manage 4-8 construction projects simultaneously. + Ensure projects meet high-quality standards and are delivered on schedule and within budget. + Coordinate with clients/owners and the internal team to ensure project alignment. + Oversee project budgets and scheduling. + Select and manage subcontractors effectively. + Collaborate with superintendents to manage daily project activities. Essential Skills + 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. + Strong skills in project management, construction management, and project coordination. + Proficiency in scheduling and project planning. + Experience in commercial renovations and quick turnaround projects. + Ability to negotiate with subcontractors for buyouts. + Proficiency in managing change orders, RFIs, project engineering, and subcontractor management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with construction documents and design. + Experience using project management software such as PlanSwift. Work Environment This role requires working both in the office and on-site as needed. After 90 days, employees receive a flexible hybrid schedule with remote work options on Tuesdays and Fridays.
