Our client, an innovative company in the EV industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Communications Department supporting the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Video Project Manager

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $55-$61/hr.

What's the Job?

Support the Marketing team to produce video and photography content for internal and external channels. Assist with cross-functional coordination and communication for video production projects. Manage video and photography projects from beginning to end, ensuring timelines are met. Run review cycles, collect feedback, and communicate it to relevant team members. Own quality control (QC) of all video and photography assets.

What's Needed?

6-8 years of experience at a production agency or in-house company. Experience in all stages of live-action video production (pre-, production, and post-production). Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills and experience working across teams. Proficiency in project or task management software (Asana preferred) and Google Suite.
