Temp-to-Hire position$28.00 to $28.85 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Manage all activities leading to the successful, timely, and safe completion of each project, sometimes multiple projects and deadlines. Manage the overall scheduling of each project; working with the project team to ensure project(s) are completed on time and all deadlines are met. Communicate with all divisions to ensure project efficiency and accuracy. Ensure transparency, reporting and sharing of information effectively across all departments. Manage job cost reporting for all projects and monthly billing; including invoicing and pay applications. Promotes continuous improvement and contributes to company-wide polices, standards, and procedures.Project Manager Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will have experience in the steel industry with structural and miscellaneous steel project management. Knowledge of AISC certification, structural codes and standards as well as AISC Practices, Rules, and Regulations regarding Steel Construction and Design.Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings Strong knowledge of structural steel materials, fabrication processes, and industry standards. Ability to calculate costs.Standard Construction Practices and Procedures from Award to Closeout. Excellent mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and both Strong written and verbal communication skillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
