Description
We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex technology projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities
+ Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects from initiation to deployment
+ Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
+ Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment
+ Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
+ Track project performance and ensure timely delivery within budget
+ Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
+ Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile or hybrid methodologies
+ Coordinate across multiple departments and external vendors as needed
+ Provide clear communication and reporting on project progress to leadership
Requirements
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
+ 5+ years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
+ Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
+ Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
+ Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar
+ PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification a plus
+ Technical background or hands-on experience in software development is a strong advantage
