The Product and Delivery team are responsible for successfully implementing new business opportunities or changes to existing services across International Media Operations and our international business units. With responsibility across the Media Operations lifecycle from scheduling & playout to media ordering & fulfilment, the team are experts at delivering new services across the end-to-end workflow. Additionally, the team support and deploy IT Business Systems and solutions used by several international business units. The breadth of Product & Deliveries’ responsibility includes:

The role will be based in London and may involve some international travel.
Key Responsibilities
Work as a member of the Product & Delivery teamManage multiple concurrent projects through the end-to-end lifecycle from Inception to Completion, using standard project management methodologies. Ensuring that the projects deliver to the agreed timescales, budget and quality expectationsWork with product and engineering teams to drive solution design and prioritise configuration & development ticketsWork with business users to understand their business requirements so that you can ensure the resulting technical solutions deliver on business objectivesMaintain project documentation including but not limited to; project plan, risk register, communications plans and status reportingProvide regular communication to project stakeholders including; business leadership teams, user groups & operational support teamsAmbassador for International Media Operations when liaising with the business units supported by IMO and vendors that supply services to NBCUQualificationsSkills & Experience
