If you are ready to help our clients and project teams succeed, we would love to meet you! **Your role and responsibilities** * Working with clients to advocate automation transformation as an integral part of our solutions and as one of the key elements to further optimize processes. * Engaging with clients, analyzing the application portfolio, understanding automation opportunities and proposing an automation journey. * Implementing leading practices for RPA work. * Demonstrating the fundamentals of professional excellence, such as the ability to give close attention to details, exhibit focused thinking and direction, remain organized, identify and solve problems, work independently and acknowledge the ownership of responsibilities. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Any major, A University Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science would be preferable * At least 5 years of working experience * Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users * Demonstrating knowledge and experience in data technologies: Hadoop, MapReduce, HBase, Oozie, Flume, MongoDB, Cassandra and Pig * Reasonably good understanding of Business Process domains. * Experience in database modelling and query proficiency. * Strong Project Management skills. * Teamwork, secure verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * As a plus: Demonstrating knowledge and experience in cloud environment and cloud computing * As a plus: Knowledge of an OCR tool and of a Business Process Management (BPM) Platform IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
