ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Project Manager II** to join our team in **Crane, Indiana.** This is an onsite position. As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter’s effectiveness. If you enjoy working on a highly collaborative and dynamic team and want to make a difference for the warfighter, then we would love to have you on our team! **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner + Coordinates project planning, task prioritization, and the status of work, issues, and risks across client and contractor teams + Work with team members to resolve blockers to progress + Key contributor to the development of recommendations, findings, and deliverables + Facilitates continuous process improvement **Minimum Qualifications:** + BA/BS degree or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree + Experience with Agile processes, iterative design, and continuous improvement + 5+ years of experience in project management or product owner within software development + Experience managing software development + Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps **Preferred Qualifications:** + Masters Degree or PHD + Proficiency managing projects with Jira + Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects + SAFe Certified **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have a current and active Secret clearance **Physical Requirements:** + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
