Summary

 

プロダクトマネージメント業務。新製品や新規技術を使った製品展開をする中で、その窓口として米国・メキシコ・シンガポール・韓国など各国の弊社開発・プロジェクト・生産チームと協議しながら、商売成約に向けて活動を進めていく。

Job Responsibilities

 

海外エンド顧客（スマホメーカー他）の開発ニーズ、開発・量産スケジュールに合わせた新製品の導入に向けて共同で推進する、また同プロジェクトの管理を行う  担当商品のプロジェクト成功に向けた課題掘り起こし、また課題解決を海外拠点或いは日本の拠点メンバーと共同で推進していく。  プロジェクトチームの一員として海外拠点（米国・メキシコ・シンガポール・韓国）メンバーと週次の折衝・議論・サンプル用ウエハロットの進捗を行う  プロジェクト担当マネージャーとして日々の進捗管理・部下育成を実施する。 
  Job Requirements

 

米国・メキシコ・韓国・シンガポールなどのメンバーと英語で打ち合わせが可能なレベル（TOEIC＝880点以上が目安）。海外出張有。  Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlookが利用できる（中級以上）。   製造業、特に、高周波・半導体関連、電子部品関連企業での業務経験やマネージメント経験があれば優遇する
