Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and industrialization of ICE powertrain (GMP) projects. The role involves planning, risk management, and ensuring project delivery within quality, cost, deadline, and performance (QCDP) objectives.
Your main activities will be :
Leading and manage powertrain serial life activities projects.Organize and facilitate project review meetings with stakeholders.Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.Identify risks and critical project issues, implementing solutions.Ensure alignment with QCDP (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Performance) goals.Oversee technical and economic aspects of the project.Work with cross-functional teams to drive project success.Report project status and updates to management.QualificationsRequired Skills:
Experience in automotive project management, preferably in powertrain development.Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant positionStrong understanding of powertrain systems ( GMP structure, functionality, etc.)Good understanding of PWT Calibration, especially on EmissionsProven ability to manage technical and financial aspects of projects.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Ability to analyze and mitigate project risks.Fluent in English (able to understand technical documentation in both).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with client-specific tools (e.g., LUP) is a plusAdditional InformationOur world is dynamic, full of opportunities and our clients and colleagues constantly inspire us.
