Marvin at 7 Tide is Marvin’s Brand Experience Center, a unique aspect of Marvin’s Marketing function. The facility is open to the public, welcoming architects, builders, homeowners and our dealer partners to learn about the brand, design possibilities, and product portfolio at Marvin. The Marvin at 7 Tide Project Manager will lead the management and execution of all projects from intake through completion to support the operations of the space. The role will be responsible for developing detailed and flexible project plans and partnering closely with all relevant stakeholders – marketing, sales, product management, digital, etc. – to drive progress towards business objectives and deliver projects on-time and within budget and scope.

Highlights of your role Leads and drives end-to-end project management for multiple, concurrent initiatives for Marvin at 7 Tide.Define project scopes, plans, goals, and deliverables of various projects that support business goals in collaboration with key stakeholders.Develop project plans to accurately determine the project completion date and project success metrics.Schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using project management software.Manage team resources and workload to understand the capacity and capability across the team and plan project resources accordingly.Ensures projects are being prioritized to best support critical business initiatives.Collaborate with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and effectively communicate project expectations in a timely and clear manner.Identify opportunities for communication and change management plans.Develop and deliver regular project status reports and updates.Provide recommendations to improve processes or create efficiencies in future projects.Coach, mentor, and educate team members on principles and processes of project management to ensure engagement and compliance to project management process.Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Expert level of experience using project management software like Asana, Smartsheet, etc. to manage projects.Excellent organization skills and a high attention to detail.Genuine appreciation or familiarity in creating elevated customer experiencesAbility to recognize and solve problems quickly and escalate as appropriate and work successfully under pressure.Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to engage and motivate team members without direct authority; ability to influence decision makers and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, results-oriented performer.Ability to prioritize work, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proven track record of results through metrics and KPIs.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products5+ years project management experience We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
