Join Our Team: Become a part of the dynamic and results-oriented Product and Systems Engineering (PSE) Organization within the Heterogeneously Integrated Group (HIG) at Micron. In this role, you will facilitate and drive collaboration at the local site level between HIG PSE leadership and our partner organizations. You will also support various technical, engineering, government, and customer audits, maintain related documentation, and track commitments and action items to resolution.

Your role will be critical in bringing coordination to our engineering operations, including scheduling events to support our collaboration with key stakeholders and support key operational and global scheduling requests from the HIG PSE leader. Your key responsibilities will include driving operational excellence of PSE stakeholder engagements: summits, large cross-functional meetings, and team building events. You will leverage your project management skills in helping the PSE leadership ensure the PSE Labs are equipped and resourced with the right teams, CapEX tools and OCAP materials.

Audit Support: Ensure smooth audit facilitation across all stakeholder groups. Track audit findings, recommendations, and internal resolution updates. Collaborate with engineering SMEs to document and incorporate their direction into audit preparation plans, activities and future audit planning.

Communication/Collaboration: Partner closely with team members from TPG organizations (GEL, TD, and DEG), Global Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams. Provide regular status updates to senior HIG PSE Leadership.

Project Management/Planning: Manage capital asset planning for CapEx and OCAP for PSE Labs in Taiwan and Singapore. Input approved requests into CALM and work with GEL on procurement steps for purchasing capital for HIG PSE Lab needs. Minimize duplication of effort through effective planning of HC ramp needs, capital purchases, travel budget requirements, and approvals.

Technical/Data Analysis: Apply project management concepts and analysis to lab capital and OCAP changes. Create innovative data solutions to improve strategic forecasts. Evaluate what-if scenarios and partner with engineering to understand the impact of changes. Analyze and interpret data sources to suggest planning changes and drive action through effective communication.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.

Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and capital planning tools (CALM).
