The Project Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of Digital Solutions for new and existing customers ensuring allocated projects are tracked, managed and implemented in an effective manner, to the required specification and within budget. The Project Manager works directly with customer business and internal Iron Mountain teams to implement business process management solutions. Demonstrating excellent leadership and teamwork is essential to ensure engagement models are followed and all relevant parties are updated on project progress regularly. A key aspect of the role is the effective communication across internal and external boundaries without exception ensuring clarity on workload management, scope, deliverables, activities and timescales. Also required to participate in planning and deployment management of internal departmental efficiency and standards projects as required.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead IRM customer and internal enterprise Digital Solution implementations that are highly complex and involve multi-service lines. Ensure the project is aligned with contractually approved scope and services
+ Manage a matrixed project team of project managers and Subject Matter Experts from IRM Sales, Product, IT Infrastructure, Real Estate, HR, IT Security and Finance teams
+ Act as the primary point of contact for both customer and internal resources in order to provide continuity in messaging regarding scope, schedule, risks and performance or status reporting
+ Align internal and customer timelines in order to develop and maintain the project-level schedule. Manage ongoing dependencies, conflicting priorities and resource alignment
+ Develop and manage status reporting, risk and issue logs. Utilize IRM and customer standardized reporting tools to communicate program progress
+ Educate program team and customer on the IRM program change control process. Manage resource alignment on requirements gathering, identifying overall level of effort, approvals, testing, and implementation
+ Ensure program RACI and escalation paths are developed and communicated across the program. Properly engage senior leadership as required for issue escalation by providing summarized information and requested resolution steps
+ Ensure all necessary project documentation is created, updated, and communicated as expected, and properly organized and stored in the shared, centralized project environment
+ Responsible for formal handover and education to operations / customers for ongoing BAU support
**Knowledge skills & education:**
+ Requires 3-5 years of project management experience in a matrix and multi-project environment
+ Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
+ PMP Certification
+ Strong computer skills. Must be proficient with Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and have the ability to quickly become proficient with Digital Solution products. (Smartsheet experience preferred)
+ Ability to quickly understand tools required by customers to use for project management and communications that may not be on the IRM standard platform
+ Must have clear, executive level, excellent written and verbal communications skills – well targeted based on the level of audience within and outside the organization
+ Must have demonstrated ability for independent decision making, supporting large customer groups, and managing highly visible projects
+ Able to understand basic concepts of a P&L and track it versus the planned business case
**Desirable:**
+ Knowledge on technologies and associated methodologies (SDLC).
+ Experience with imaging tools Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM, Globalscape.
+ Experience with information management (DMS, ECM, Workflow Automation, BPM, A/P, Intelligent Document Processing, etc.).
+ Experience within the outsourcing, SaaS, or hosted solutions industry is a plus.
+ 2nd language
**Special requirements:**
+ National and International travel as required (25%-40% of time).
+ US Citizenship, living in the United States for the duration of time in position.
+ Active Public Trust or DOD Clearance is a plus, but not required

Reasonably expected salary range: $91,100.00 - $121,400.00
