Project Management – Focus on Warehouse, Distribution, Automation, Footprint, Layout design and EHS standards Acts as a thought leader and subject matter expert in warehousing and distribution processes and technologies to assist in developing a vision for improvement efforts to provide a distinct competitive advantage in the market for the organization Creates in collaboration with OPS leadership and deploys change road maps covering logistics standards in terms of technology, processes and service level Partners with Manufacturing specialist to create synergies in technologies development (e.g. Cobots) Maps the level of expertise and develops training planning to ensures the appropriate expertise is available in the locations Ensures strategic alignment with corporate, divisional functions and external stakeholders. Builds and manages partnerships with vendors, service providers and competency centers Actively supports/drives CAPEX planning across locations/regions, ensuring roadmap feasibility. Leads business case reviews with financial teams. Prioritization, based off cost benefit and ease of implementation. Ensures automation strategy and standards implementation across distribution network Leads relevant projects connected with footprint, automation and standardization in ZF Aftermarket Key point of contact for Operations and Materials Management PMO - Global. Passionate about providing full transparency and time-line for planned and completed projects in North America. Delivering Projects on-time

 

Your Profile as Project Management Warehousing & Distribution

 

5+ years of hands-on experience as a  project management skill as well as consultancy skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively interact with colleagues and clients at all levels in English - must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English) In-depth knowledge in Distribution Center operations In depth knowledge of transportation modes and distribution network In-depth knowledge and competence of business management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources) In depth knowledge of supply chain network design Proven track record in delivering logistics and supply chain optimization projects Ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts with internal and external stakeholders Proven virtual leadership abilities Continuous improvement mindset Data driven decision making/mindset
