\nWorking from our customer location at 1929 Ogilvie Road, Gloucester, Ottawa
Work as part of a team by providing Project Management Specialist for the site. You will own and manage all site drawings to ensure accuracy and to keep key stake holders up to date. You will help provide professional project management services, projects that involve renovating and maintaining the building, systems, equipment and life cycle activities while meeting the needs of the building occupants.

\nProvide expertise on assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of
\nbuildings and facilities. Able to update and maintain documentation on site such as drawings, commissioning report, and safety audits.
\n
\nDrive continuous improvements throughout the site location in support of Honeywell Facilities and Honeywell Operating System related activities. Be part of a team that creates an inclusive, effective and clean work environment for others.
Be eligible to obtain and maintain Top Secret SIGNET clearance as well as CGP clearance.
\n\nKey Responsibilities Include:
\n\n\n\tConduct and manage drawings pertaining to the building layout\n\tUpdating Auto-Cad site plans and Archibus site layouts\n\tBuilding Asset Management\n\tProject coordinate for site projects\n\tFollow directions and provide assistance to PMO\n\tWork with Project Manager\n\tAssist in forecasting\n\tDevelop project plans\n\tDrive and follow all health and safety policies and procedures \n\tWork directly with client and subcontractors\n\tQuote reactive based work\n\tReport on Job status and relay information to required parties\n\tUpdate documentation\n\tSupport Honeywell tasks during emergency incidents\n\tRetain and maintain all records and reports\n\tWork with the Client to determine deliverables and retrieve customer acceptance.\n\tWork with booking team and provide all relevant information\n\tComplete at least two Honeywell Safety Observations (SOS) per month\n\tComplete all assigned Honeywell trainings by the requested due dates\n\tSupport annual reporting requirements and procedure submissions\n\tAble to work off hours and overtime when required\n\tAble to prioritize and put in extra hours to meet deadlines\n\tAssist with invoicing and following up with vendors for invoicing\n\n\n\nYOU MUST HAVE:
\n\n\n\tCollege diploma\n\t5 years of experience working with AutoCAD\n\n\nWE VALUE
\n\n\n\tExperience in facilities management.\n\tProficient in computer usage.\n\tStrong analytical skills and creative thinking.\n\tStrong written and verbal communication.\n\tKnowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures within facilities management.\n\tKnowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures within project management.\n\tAbility to work in a team environment.\n\tGood communication skills\n\tGood administration skills\n\tAn ability to take initiative and work with limited direction\n\tAbility to work independently\n\tProficient in Auto-Cad\n\tProficient in Archibus\n\tExperience working with skilled trades and understanding of trade disciplines is an asset\n\tExperience working in complicated logistics environments and high-security facilities is an asset\n\n\nAccommodation is available upon request for applicants with disabilities under the Ontario Human Rights Code.
