Project Management Operations Coordinator

**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and energetic **Project Management Operations Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in managing and supporting staff across contracts where we serve as a subcontractor and do not have a billable Program or Project Manager. The role will also include administrative and logistics support across a diverse portfolio of work. Ideal candidates will bring experience in project management or program management and a desire to grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
**Contributions**
**Staff Management**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for staff on contracts where a billable Program or Project Manager is not assigned.
+ Ensure contract compliance by monitoring staff performance, hours, and deliverables.
+ Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of staff, including coordinating equipment, systems access, and training.
+ Address and escalate personnel issues in collaboration with HR and the Portfolio Operations Director.
**Administrative & Logistics Support**
+ Coordinate logistics for portfolio-wide initiatives, including team meetings, reporting, and documentation.
+ Maintain accurate records of company and portfolio operational initiatives, deliverables, and timelines across the portfolio.
+ Assist in preparing and reviewing reports and other administrative documentation for internal and client use.
+ Track and manage risks, issues, and action items across contracts.
**Project Management Support**
+ Assist in the planning and execution of small-scale projects or deliverables within the portfolio.
+ Provide status updates, track milestones, and support coordination between teams.
+ Analyze trends in performance and recommend improvements to operational processes.
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Authorized to work for any U.S. employee and ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
+ 2+ years in project management, program coordination, or related roles.
+ Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
+ Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
+ Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively seek solutions.
+ Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning.
+ Energetic, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience working in a studio / human centered design approach
+ Familiarity with federal contracting or subcontracting is a plus.

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $175,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
