Project Manager
Your role and responsibilities•\tAssist in all service contract aspects, including review of commercial conditions, warranty, quality, packing & shipping, and documentation requirements.•\tManage and coordinate logistics and support for all site work.•\tEnsure documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.•\tDevelop tools/templates to better serve the team’s needs (shipping, handover, cost summaries).•\tAssist in managing the execution of day-to-day site activities of Service engineers through the master schedule and communication with sales & project groups.•\tEnsure service projects are controlled and performed within expected cost and time limits, in agreement with contractual requirements.•\tAssist with the development of the Work Breakdown Structure and schedule for service-related contracts.•\tAnalyze project profitability, revenue, margin, labor, and material cost in line with project financial performance targets.
Qualifications for the roleEnrolled in a Bachelor’s program in electrical or mechanical engineering.Strong English language skills (spoken and written) are required to communicate with customers outside of Quebec; French is required.Must have a sense of urgency and be able to communicate with customers in emergency situations.Good technical knowledge in the project field is an asset.
