What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Project Management Summer 2025 Intern to join our Business Optimization team in our Evansville, Indiana location!

The Project Manager Intern will focus on supporting the planning, executing, and monitoring/controlling of project management methodologies.

In this role projects may include project management support, development and/or continuous improvement of processes and tools, and PMO software implementation support.  The project focus may include manufactured/remanufactured products, engineered products, innovation pipeline projects, corporate strategic initiatives, and other Business Optimization projects.

 

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong commitment to safety

Responsibilities

The Project Management Intern will support our project management team and leaders to help make informed decisions and drive growthThis internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, administrative tasks, and operational processes across various projectsCollaborate with team members to collect and analyze dataReview existing data processes and determine opportunities for improvementParticipate in brainstorming sessions and provide inputPerform general administrative tasks, including scheduling and document preparation as neededParticipate actively and constructively in cross-functional teams as neededIdentify various opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiencyExperience training and development from various team members in all bank departmentsRepresent FLANDERS both in conduct and appearance in a courteous, professional manner
