Project Management Analyst

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the PMO efforts to track Project/Program setup, progress, and dependencies. Supporting PMO reporting & administration efforts. Leading the Change Management & Training efforts for individual projects as required. Managing individual projects, as required. Leading and supporting PMO employee engagement efforts. Additional tasks, as required to support the PMO.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Fluent English language knowledge. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Previous experience in business process management is nice to have. Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience working in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology. Planning and organizing skills, ability to see the big picture. Stakeholder-centric mindset, ability to understand voice of the stakeholder and convert it into meaningful and impactful actions & initiatives. Strong analytical skills.
