We are looking for Project Leaders in automotive sectors to join our team.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automotive or Aeronautical Engineering or related departments of universities Experienced in project management processes Must have experience in Siemens NX and Viskomockup  Fluent in English Having basic knowledge about design, production, quality, documentation and homologation processes High reporting skills Minimum 1 year of experience in project management processes Located in Bursa, 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Creating the engineering project calendar in Tender Projects and the entire calendar in New Product Projects, determining work packages and activities related to these work packages, coordinating project stakeholders, reviewing the results and ensuring that measures are taken when necessary. Coordinating the team in the activities of creating the project budget and cash flow plan using the data available in the project calendar, reviewing the results and ensuring that measures are taken when necessary. Creating resource planning and project organization chart in the projects for which he/she is responsible Ensuring that customer request changes are integrated and managed into the project plan Performing and reporting Project Risk analysis and ensuring risk management Ensuring that the project closing process takes place Representing the engineering department at relevant meetings within the scope of engineering department responsibility. Ensuring the participation of relevant people from the design team in these meetings when necessary To follow the cost reduction opportunities in the vehicles under his/her responsibility and to ensure that they are realized within the targeted periods. Carrying out preliminary evaluation of the tender specifications and reporting Ensuring the management of product structure and product options
