**Country:** Mexico **Location:** LOC5002: Carrier - Plant B, Carretera a García Km. 1.3, Parque STIVA, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico **Project Leader** **About the role ** This position is for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Manufacturing Operations, who monitors manufacturing operations by auditing quality related items and developing action plans regarding cell performance and productivity. Is well versed in multiple Operations disciplines and is responsible for significant improvements to Operations processes and systems. **Key responsibilities** + Lead and execute mid to high-complexity programs with minimal supervision/direction. + Allocate and manage strategic project resources + Collaborate and participate with departments involved in the development of assigned projects. + Actively participated in product design reviews alongside other project team members and key stakeholders. + Develop and maintain standard products that are world-class, safe and cost-competitive. + Manage time and work of contractors involved in the development of assigned projects. + Participate in defining technical requirements as needed. + Drives improvements base on end-user experience and performs corrective actions for field issues and product testing. ​ **Requirements** + Degree in IMA, IME, IEA, IMF + 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing-operations projects. + Project management. + Electricity, Electronics, Mechanical and troubleshooting skills. + Fluent in English (90%). **Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have** + Knowledge of Modelling and Simulation, FEA and/or CFD. + Knowledge of Heat Transfer, Fluids Flow, and thermodynamics. **Soft skills** 1.Advanced Communication 2.
