**Please review the following job description:**
Applies broad theoretical job knowledge of the project management discipline to plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Work requires general knowledge of the project and business requirements and special technical knowledge is typically not required. Solves low-level problems while escalating more complex issues. Helps to ensure processes, methodologies and work flows enable the team/department to work efficiently and to stay within project timeline, budget, and scope. Explains facts, policies and practices. Works under close supervision.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Leads or coordinates project planning activities of pieces or a project, or small, low complexity projects, to help devise a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the business strategy.
2. Collaborates with others to define problems and scope parameters, organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and milestones, identify structures of authority and processes for decision making, and determine resource requirements.
3. Understands and helps to articulate the expectations for the project deliverable/s and ensure shared understanding within the team.
4. Works closely with all stakeholders and helps to manage resources throughout the entire project.
5. Measures project performance using defined systems, tools and techniques.
6. Reports on the status of projects including defined key performance indicators (KPIs), cost, timing, and staffing.
7. Troubleshoots and manages activities to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards, escalating issues as needed.
8. Works with others to perform risk management to minimize project risks.
9. Assists with Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and within budget.
10. Supports recommended schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions as required.
11. Assists with the implementation and management of any changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
12. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
13. Identifies and resolves issues, reports and escalates more complex issues to management as needed.
14. Serves as an individual contributor and whose work is guided by a more senior member of the team.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 1-2 years progressive related experience in either project management or process improvement related role.
2. Understanding of project management framework and methodologies.
3. Ability to develop and implement processes, standards and operational plans that will have an impact on the achievement of functional results.
4. Ability to serve in a lead capacity, resolve issues, communicate with and influence others, and manage to stringent timelines for project deliverables.
5. Familiarity with cost and risk management practices.
6. Understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.
7. Ability to work under pressure and help bring clarity to ambiguous assignments.
8. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, delegate and problem-solve.
9. Basic understanding of business matters, budgeting, and planning.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• 5+ years of development experience in Actimize IFM Solutions Experience in developing customized AIS and RCM Components.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in a tech focused role and experience with Agile or similar methodology.
• Assist in resolving any technical or process obstacles, resolving team issues, improving processes that ensure successful delivery.
• Good Knowledge and understanding of the RCM Objects.
• Proficiency in development of custom profiles, AIS/RCM Plugins.
• Implementation experience of ActOne and IFM-X install, configure and code with in Actimize modules comprising of the Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in Solution upgrades and profile migrations.
• Good understanding of the release Management process with hands on experience on ServiceNow, Rally.
• Ability to work with business teams and provide solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write and deliver Release installation instructions, Technical Specification document, Low level design documents.
• Hands on experience on Writing and complex SQL server queries and Stored Procedures.
• Participate and direct the team in documenting the solution in a standard format that depicts various architectural views
• Java knowledge is preferable
• Work experience in IFM 10.X solution
• Work Experience in Cassandra Database
