The Manager, Project Execution is responsible for overall success of the Cold Chain Project business. This entails Project Management and Project Coordination from the quoting stage to the closing stage. The Manager, Project Execution ensures all functions are meeting or exceeding their key performance indicators (KPIs) and the functions are clearly defined with workflow paths from start to finish. The Manager, Project Execution also seeks new growth opportunities and continues to expand the function to support the business.
Objectives of this Role:
Growth opportunities through expanding the project management functionTrack projects and programs, providing reports as neededManage the governance process to plan, prioritize, track, and align work efforts across strategic projects and initiatives; adheres to project management methodologies, tools, guidelines, and standards; conducts project postmortem and stop/start/continue audits.Manages and monitors project or program schedules, progress, and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains, adjusts, and updates project plans as needed. Consolidates, communicates, and ensures resolution of all issues. Develop and collect performance metrics.Utilize interpersonal savvy, problem solving skills, and managerial courage to successfully address all issues pertaining to projectsBuild and maintain relationships across the organization to facilitate successful project execution and managementCoordinate reporting across all teams and identify key information that require management attention and need to be discussed in governance meetingsMaintain the governance model, including stakeholder lists and meeting schedulesEnsure PMO methodology and standards are being used across all projects; actively participating in the continuous development and implementation of a centralized Project Management Platform, ensuring local applicability and adoptionEnsure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, on-scope and qualityWork cross-functionally to align the timing, agenda, and expected outcome of relevant meetings as well as execute the discussion and document / communicate the outcomesGenerate recurring revenue opportunities promoting building management, software as a service, and enabling customer successDaily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Report out on Project Execution performance including financially, operationally, and strategicallyCreate objectives and goals that align with the overall business strategyAssess gaps, identify, plan, and implement preventative or corrective actionsConduct root cause analysis as required to outline corrective actionCollate and publish weekly and monthly program forecast and % complete of forecast and accuracy calculationsWork planning and perform work plan management, including integrated work plansWho You Are:
