Emerson is seeking a Project Execution Leader for our European Plants, located in Cluj (Romania) or Manchester (UK). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery and timely, accurate resolution of issues for projects executed at our factories. You will manage a team of Project Coordinators/Internal Project Managers who are dedicated to following through and completing project milestones to meet customer demand. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Ensures team performance and takes improvement measures for the group and individual team members to meet objectives. Reviews key performance indicators, understands needs and objectives, proposes and executes a plan to achieve key performance indicators. Collaborates with management to identify areas for improvement, provides feedback on processes, tools, and organizational performance. Ensures that the team's work processes comply with Emerson quality standards or takes necessary actions to align them with required standards. Develops the training program for the team, from onboarding to continuous technical improvement. Responsible for the integration of new employees and collaborates with various departments to implement the training plan. Organizes and conducts timely performance evaluations for colleagues. Ensures execution team understands and successfully passes on customer specifications throughout manufacturing (develop, coach and lead) Managies critical path and execution risks; drives X-sites synergy and best practices sharing Communication internally and externally – effective management of all stakeholders
For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree in Engineering, Business or similar Fluent English language skills; verbal, reading and writing Possess good, assertive communication skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate with people at all levels. Demonstrate dynamic work style in a continuously complex and changing environment
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Working experience in manufacturing operations is a plus Technical background - thorough understanding and the ability to manage all aspects of pressure-related systems, ensuring their efficient, safe, and compliant operation Project Management experience
