Project Engineering Manager (Hybrid)

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Project Engineering Manager at Direct Pressure, you will partner with cross functional product development team (ex. Engineering, Operations, Materials, Quality, etc.) to develop new and enhance existing products. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Dir of Eng Project Management.
You Will Make an Impact By:
+ Lead the cross-functional product development team through the product development process
+ Create, manage and maintain detailed project schedules, actions, deliverables and risks
+ Manage project updates and escalation within the business
+ Build and grow relationships with the business senior leadership and product development teams
+ Strong interpersonal, organizational and technical management skills
Skills You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or technical discipline
+ 5+ years managing highly technical product design and development
+ 5+ years of Project management leadership experience
+ 5+ experience managing product development from idea through product release to production
+ Travel Requirements: Up to 10 % of Travel is required.
Preferred Skills:
+ Semi conductor product design knowledge and experience
+ PMP certification
This position can be Hybrid and must be within drivable distance to our location in Andover, MA.
