Description:

You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the THAAD Program Management Office (PMO) team, responsible for planning and managing control account technical, cost, and schedule performance. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of post-production control accounts and supporting program operations.



What You Will Be Doing
As the Control Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing control account performance, identifying staffing headcount requirements, and reviewing and approving documents and commitments. You will work closely with Work Package Managers, Program Management, and Finance to ensure contract commitments are met and control account performance is optimized.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and managing control account technical, cost, and schedule performance • Coordinating with Work Package Managers to update control account information • Identifying staffing headcount requirements and ensuring appropriate staff levels • Reviewing and approving documents and commitments • Analyzing control account performance and initiating corrective actions as needed • Supporting proposal activities, program operations, and internal audits
