Power & Controls is currently searching for a Project Engineer/Value Stream Leader to manage, integrate and drive adoption of all aspects of P&C Digital transformation.

As a project/value stream leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving coordination across four dynamic teams: Integrated Product Analytics, Integrated Product Design, Model-Based Definition/Business Processes, and AI Knowledge Management. Your leadership will be key to aligning efforts and ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve impactful results. This leader will be responsible for planning and budgeting for the group, as well as coordinating roadmaps, presentations to both internal and external customers, and capturing value generated by the organization while driving the adoption of Digital Capabilities. The role will also involve working across disciplines and Business Units to share knowledge and lessons learned. The ability to understand how the value generated and captured by this team will be critical to the success of the business. The ideal candidate will be located near Rockford, Illinois or Windsor Locks, CT, with an expected travel requirement around 15%.
**What YOU Will Do:**
+ Working with Value Streams to identify opportunities to leverage digital solutions focused on increased efficiency, product innovation and customer experience.
+ You will provide long-term Digital Engineering leadership by creating strategic roadmaps (over 3 years) that align with business objectives for Digital Engineering Capabilities.
+ You will coordinate activities between technical teams and program leadership to ensure ongoing adoption of Digital Engineering Capabilities and provide status of adoption.
+ You will identify and capture business impacts, while actively seeking cost-savings opportunities and ensure that teams’ macro plan milestones are met.
+ You will interface with the Enterprise Digital Product Life Cycle team and SBU leadership to understand and integrate available services.
+ You will give customer presentations on our digital engineering roadmaps and activities.
+ Plan, direct and monitor program budget and serve as primary customer contact for program information.
+ Manage project pipeline and track savings for reporting to leadership
+ Contribute to product and service roadmap for future digital product features/enhancements
+ Ensure that all required resources are aligned around program execution.

**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Master’s degree in engineering
+ Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, preferably in technology-driven environments.
+ Experience in stakeholder management and ensuring that all teams remain aligned to business objectives, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
+ Proven track record of driving team accountability for meeting project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
