Danfoss is looking for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for managing and executing projects, ensuring successful implementation from concept to completion. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards.

As a key part of the engineering team, the Project Engineer will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while driving technical excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

 

Manage project development from start to closure Collaborate with sales owner, customer support, technical team and stakeholder to complete assigned projects (scope, documentations, deliverables, required resources, timeline and budget) Clear and on time communication to stakeholders Act as mediator between sales owners and stakeholders Resolve any issues and solve throughout project life cycle Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with sales owners and stakeholder Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sales owners and stakeholders Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

Bachelor in Science in Electrical Engineering degree License Electrical Engineer, REE Knows how to drive and with Drivers license 5 years work experience in technical and project management Experience in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage switchgear VFD and Soft Starters Familiarity with project management tools Experience in working in a team oriented collaborative management Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities Excellent communication skills and problem solver Employee Benefits
