Job Purpose: To contribute to the success of our customers by effectively integrating new customers, new products, customer-related projects, and internal projects into organization's QMS

Job Duties and Responsibilities- the Project Manager (PM) will be successful by fulfilling the following job responsibilities and competencies. (Percentages = priority and approximate time focus)

1.\tEnsure the successful integration of new customers and projects into organization by using current continuous improvement processes. \t40%

•\tLead and oversee end-to-end project management activities within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring timely and successful project delivery

•\tProvide insights about customer’s business to achieve an intimate knowledge throughout organization's operations.

•\tEnsure communication of all project expectations or changes to all required parties.

•\tEnsure the project remains on track based on timelines; report and escalate as needed.

•\tMaintain all onboarding tools and ensure use of processes for onboarding new projects.

•\tConduct effective meetings that move the project forward and ensure adherence to milestones.

•\tEnsure that project parameters, set-ups and pricing are input into the organization system for new items in a timely and accurate manner.

•\tTrack all purchase of equipment changes to properly fill and package products per specifications and customer requirements.

•\tFacilitate project tasks by integrating with the formulation flow cell on all formula requirements.

•\tEnsure seamless hand-off to Operations during transition between project on-boarding and order entry/fulfillment.

•\tPlan and oversee line setups for all required new product builds.

2. Effectively add value and manage customer expectations throughout all project processes. \t30%

3.\tEffectively manage the ongoing accuracy of pricing on new items and existing items. \t\t\t\t \t 15%

4.\tUnderstand and maintain a culture of “lean action” within the department so that we live lean better than any organization. \t\t\t\t\t\t10%

•\tImplement and maintain standards and processes that eliminate waste throughout the department

•\tApply and utilize “lean tools” to permanently implement improvements.

•\tInstitutionalize 5-S in all aspects of the department ( Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize and Sustain)

5.\tPerform other assigned projects that promote safety and quality improvements.\t5%
