Your role and responsibilities

As a Project Engineer you will be responsible to design/engineer Low Voltage Electrical Switchgear to IEC and AU standards meeting customer contractual specifications. You will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies.The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Division located in Moorebank, NSW.You will be mainly accountable for:• Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.• Providing technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.• Assisting in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects.• Actively utilizises checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines.

Qualifications for the role

Electrical Engineering degree. Minimum two years’ experience in Low Voltage electrical switchgear engineering and design environment. Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft suite. Strong communication, influencing and organizational skills.
