We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Cost Account Management (CAM), scheduling management, and hardware experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of balancing multiple projects, interacting with customers and suppliers, and possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage and coordinate with external partners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful program execution.
• Apply Cost Account Management (CAM) principles to track and manage project costs.
• Develop and maintain complex project schedules, ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement.
• Interact with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Provide regular program status updates to senior management and customers.
• Analyze and mitigate risks, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Travel (up to 10%) to support program activities, including international travel.

Successful applicants will typically possess:
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience
• 8+ years’ experience in Project Management

As this position does require international travel, applicants should have a valid US Passport.
Basic Qualifications:
Skill Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in as a Project Manager or working within Project Management
• Experienced in Cost Account Management (CAM) and scheduling management
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivering results on time and within budget
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Project, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Security Clearance Requirements:
• To meet requirements of the program/customer, this position requires the selected employee be a U.S. Citizen.
• Qualified applicants must possess at minimum a currently Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (either adjudicated or the ability to obtain SCI access) to be considered.
• Selected candidates will be required to possess at minimum an Active Top Secret with adjudicated SCI Eligibility (i.e. TS/SCI) prior to starting employment.
• Long term employment on this program will require completion of Polygraph examination as required by the customer with favorable suitability results.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in the defense or aerospace industry
• Experience with Contract Management and procurement processes
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project management tools and techniques
• Experience with hardware development and production
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's (or similar) program management processes and systems.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
