Project Document Controls Specialist

In the role of Project Document Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:Take responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative and accounting functionsWork independently to effectively manage complex project and executive-level paper and electronic files, documents and recordsCompose and develop correspondence and reportsApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures, and independently monitor for quality assuranceManage project documents and filesAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures and guidelinesOrganize and coordinate meetings, and assist with presentationsWork with complex contracts and sub-agreementsTrack and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedulesActively participate in project reviewsExhibit professionalism with clientsWork closely with multiple Project Managers and project teamsExercise good judgement and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functionsHandle client invoicing and ensure compliance with project contractual obligations as neededTrack state, federal and civil right compliancePerform other duties as neededRequired QualificationsAssociate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 1 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
