The Project Document Controller role will be responsible for office and administrative assistance to teams and individuals.
 

As a Project Document Controller, you will be responsible for:

Controlling project documentation utilising EDMSManaging and controlling the Project Document RegistersInterfacing (both remotely and face to face with Managers, Engineers, Suppliers and CustomersReviewing and commenting on customer administrative/document control requirements for new projectsFormatting a variety of different Engineering documentation utilising Microsoft Word and ExcelReporting internally on documentation statusUpdating Oracle Sales Orders as directed by Project ManagementProviding general administrative support to the project team

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor’s degree an accredited college or university or equivalent experience of a working environmentHave proven experience in an administration roleHave sound oral and written communication skillsHave the ability to plan and control workload in a fast moving environmentBe able to work collaboratively in the wider BH organisationBe a successful team player
