The Digital Identity portfolio focuses on implementing and maintaining centralized identity management, access, and authorization systems for the institution, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Entra External ID, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft iPaaS.

Salary:$117,874.00;starting salaries are determined based on qualifications and years of related experience.

About the Project Director – Technology Product Owner, Digital Identity Role:
Under the general direction of the Product Owner, Digital Identity, the Project Director – Technology Product Owner, Digital Identity is responsible for managing the Digital Identity products across the college. Responsibilities include:
Team Leadership: Leading a team of professionals to effectively develop and support the Digital Identity product, managing team capacity, and is accountable for the delivery of platform engineering and technology that powers the ProductProduct Strategy/Roadmap: Developing and maintaining the strategic vision for Digital Identity products, ensuring alignment with the overall IT and institutional goals.Backlog Management: Managing the product backlog, defining priorities, and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of solutions.Stakeholder Engagement: Working closely with key stakeholders, including academic and administrative departments, to understand their needs and connect the right identity management solutions. This role will emphasize close collaboration across various teams within Information Technology Services (ITS) and across Humber, including Digital Solutions, IT Security, the Registrar's Office, and People(s) Culture, to drive cohesive and integrated digital identity solutions.Delivery Planning and Execution: Leading delivery planning, sprint execution, and collaborating with development teams to maintain agility and excellence.Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external vendors to ensure products meet technical and service quality standards.Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT Digital Solutions, IT Security, data teams, the Registrar's Office, People Culture, and third-party partners, to enhance digital identity capabilities.Technical Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks associated with the Digital Identity portfolio.Change Management: Facilitating change management activities related to identity management projects and processes, promoting awareness and adoption across the college.Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to executive leadership, focusing on progress, issues, and risk mitigation.Find Your Spot at Humber
