Project Delivery Lead

Our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. Our delivery of high-quality work within the oil and gas sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationships with some of the industry’s leading operators.
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Project Delivery Lead for upcoming opportunities in the Gladstone region. The role will be responsible for the project portfolio on a long-term contract.
You will carry out a wide range of activities from planning and leading the overall execution of all project functions whilst ensuring that quality is aligned with statutory and client requirements. The role is also responsible for the preparation and management of project budgets and cost control and the associated reporting, combined with the overall contract and stakeholder management. You will also be ultimately responsible for the HSE standards and targets being met ensuring project safety.

 What you will bring
• Project management / coordination site-based experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry • Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, reporting, costing & estimating experience• Demonstrable experience in a coordination and/or supervisory role within the resources or construction sector • Innovative solutions focused experience ideally within a maintenance campaign environment• Quality & completions knowledge together with proven leadership skills• Excellent stakeholder relationships skills both internal and external• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment• Proof of right to work in Australia
