**Country:** Thailand **Location:** 144/9 Moo 5, Bangkadi Industrial Park, Tivanon Road, Bangkadi, Muang, Pathumthani 12000 **Summary** This role is responsible in leading team members of sourcing professionals in setting objectives and guiding others on executing and implementing supply chain strategy, to develop and improve commodity management and sourcing to processes to enhance price, quality, timing, and reliability. **Role Responsibilities:** + Lead, and monitor team members in sourcing to maintain high performance standards + Advice and coach team members to meet KPI targets and verify pricing and reporting data/ summary from team members + Making Decisions and Solving Problems in sourcing areas -- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. + Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work in sourcing projects-- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your project. + Analyze market trend and delivery flow of concerns category in order to assess present and future material availability. + Getting Information - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources. + Review, evaluate, approve and awarding bids + Ensure the price award meets all compliance requirement + Develop sourcing strategy for given category and coordinate with regional/functional team + Lead team to coordinate with WHQ and regional category team in sourcing related activities **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree /Master in engineering or related field + 7-10 years of experience in procurement and sourcing + Good Command of English and computer literacy + Good attitude, fast learning and good team player + Experience in international company + Experience in managing a small team **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
